Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

1. Be the sole provider of alcoholic drinks at your event.
2. To secure a service with Syrup Bar London, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit of your required
service total to secure the date of your booking, which is then taken off your total balance.
3. All Services/Bar Hire must have cleared payment 7 days prior to event (Unless otherwise stated).
4. In the event of cancellation, (60) days minimum notice in writing to Syrup Bar London before the
planned event is required to avoid the full invoice being charged. Booking deposits are Non-
refundable & full payment is required if the above terms are not met.
5. All emailed quotations will be valid for seven (30) days from date of enquiry. Syrup Bar London cannot
guarantee that your date will be available after these 30 days.
6. We do not provide an unlimited number of drinks If Syrup Bar London arrive at your event and more
guests are in the venue then confirmed to us at the time of the booking, we reserve the right to stop
serving drinks until the difference for the extra guests are paid in full. We will confirm with your
caterer beforehand to ensure we have the same head count.
7. Any stock remaining at the stated end time will be taken back by Syrup Bar London. Any additional
time requested on the night will be calculated after the event and invoiced accordingly to the client.
For every extra 30 minutes the client requires our services then this must be charged in pro rata of
the whole balance of the invoice. This must be paid in full there and then, with a receipt sent to the
client immediately.
8. There must be suitable access to the site with parking for a vehicle and trailer or a Luton van.
9. All our bars operate under the Licensing Act 2003, and all relevant restrictions will be upheld, these
include: no sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 or anyone that is excessively drunk.
10. Any damage caused to equipment while on hire is payable on return to Syrup Bar London, lost
equipment shall be charged at list price.
11. If problems arise due to the application for Temporary Events Notice, Syrup Bar London will not be
liable to pay compensation or damages.
12. Any cancelations within 30 days of the event will still be liable for full payment unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
13. Payments by Credit Card will incur a 3% fee.
14. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to force majeure.
15. Any payments made by the Syrup Bar London for fees relating to event pitches are done on a loan
basis until the event is complete.
16. Failure to make payment before the event will incur a 10% fee unless waived in writing. Failure to
then make payment within 7 days will result in an additional 20% fee being applied.
